Megurc & Co.
A family run accounting firm that added tech consulting to its roster of services. As a result they needed their brand to reflect more tech associated values on one side and on the other, needed the brand to seem more relevant to larger clients and bigger retainers. All this while keeping the family owned image.
When a traditional company adapts its offering to the modern tech world, the brand needs to bind a number of conflicting values - Tradition & Technology, Legacy and Inventiveness, a solid corporate partner yet one who has you, the client at their focus.
It was decided that the logo will convey the luxury and family heritage one expects from an elite firm and that this logo will add this feeling and perception to any element it is displayed with be it imagery, message or content.
The challenge of creating a luxury corporate brand… Creating a luxury corporate brand is challenging. The needed flexibility in the design is not synonymous to luxury excess. Yet to further this look & feel to offerings which are technological in nature requires even more adaptability. The mode was set with colors and the logo, yet combined with flexible layouts and clear typography that allowed clear messaging and offerings to take the entire stage.
Collateral, combined a luxury feel with modern corporate efficiency and flexibility. The brand was created as a hybrid between a legal firm and a mature well established tech service company.
On the digital front, a new mailing system was built. A good way to stay in touch with partners and clients is to offer them relevant, valuable content. It’s a good channel to mix business and technology insights as well as luxury content to further enhance the brand values with its new aesthetics. The first step was to design several responsive mailer templates and build a solid marketing platform with segmented subscribers backed with analytics and reporting that were useful for further evolving this channel.
The implementation of the new aesthetics, brand tools, messaging and values into a new website finally showed everyone what his company is really all about.
